I looked for this posted and didnt find it. I have been looking for phones on eBay and the link on eBay‘s page for me today was to a Best Buy site that allows you to apply 25% off new cell phones with 2 year activation(didnt see IPhones). They had for example the Verizon Galaxy S3 32 GB model for $ 187 after discount – apply code HOLIDAY25. This incldiues Verizon T-Mobile and ATT not just Sprint (I saw some much better deals on Sprint posted).

The offer seems to only be valid in cities where FIOS is offered. So you may have to play around until you find a
city were offered. I used zillow.com to find addresses in Keller, TX.

It is a FIOS advertisement, but I got my six codes a week later in an email. You may want to search for addresses that FIOS serves if it does not serve your address. I’m imagining they won’t give you the codes if you can’t actually buy FIOS after.
