I just got the Craftsman 24″ Two-Stage Electric Start Snow Thrower (179cc 4-cycle OHV Craftsman engine) for $ 475 at Ace Hardware on Long Island!

This machine sells for $ 650 at Sears. The advertisement sent to my home says that the store is selling them for $ 580. I had a $ 5.00 off coupon from my Entertainment book, and the store is offering a $ 100.00 credit on your newly acquire Ace Hardware charge card!

So, I saved $ 75.00 off the price of the one at Sears (but about $ 5.00 for the tax on that), and another $ 100.00 for signing up for their charge card, which saved me about $ 180.00 off the Sears price, for the exact same machine!

The advertisement said that this $ 580.00 price expires on October 3rd, 2011. If you miss that, you can still get it for $ 600.00, minus the $ 100.00 off for the newly acquired charge card they offer…
